欢迎使用狗运极佳(以下简称"本应用")。本用户协议("协议")是您与本应用开发者JianyiFlow(以下简称"我们")之间就本应用的使用达成的法律协议。请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读本协议的所有条款。通过下载、安装、访问或使用本应用,您确认已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的所有条款。如您不同意本协议的任何条款,请勿下载、安装或使用本应用。

1. 协议范围与接受

本协议适用于您对狗运极佳应用的访问和使用,包括应用内的所有功能、内容和服务。本协议在任何情况下不可转让,仅限个人学习娱乐使用。本协议可能随时更新,每次更新后的协议将在应用中展示,且您的继续使用即视为同意修改后的条款。

协议更新时,我们将通过以下方式通知您:1)应用内弹窗通知;2)应用启动页面提示;3)官方网站公告。重大变更将提前30天通知。您继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的协议。

2. 应用功能与服务内容

2.1 核心功能

• 个性化外观:自定义界面外观与字体

2.2 内容特色

订阅方案:

• 周订阅:¥18/周,无限使用所有功能,无限真气
• 月度订阅:¥36/月,无限使用所有功能,无限真气
• 年度订阅:¥298/年,无限使用所有功能,无限真气

月度订阅价格说明:在本价格调整生效前已开通月度订阅且保持不间断自动续订的用户,续订价格仍为¥30/月;若取消订阅或中断续订后重新订阅,按新价格¥36/月计费。

终身会员:

• 终身会员:¥698,一次性购买,永久无限使用所有功能,无限真气

消耗型项目:

• 补签卡:一次性消耗品,使用后可以且仅可补签昨日缺失的签到

2.4 每日赠送真气

• 每日签到:所有用户每日可通过签到获取免费真气
• 连续签到:连续签到天数越多,每日赠送的真气越多
• 补签卡:若昨日未签到,可购买并使用补签卡进行补签;每张补签卡仅可用于补签昨日,不可补签更早日期,不可用于其他用途
• 真气上限:赠送真气最高累积上限为 20 点
• 使用条件:需已登录可用的 iCloud 账户;不要求 iCloud 剩余存储空间

2.5 订阅与会员权益

• 无限使用:所有订阅方案和终身会员均可无限使用本应用的所有功能
• 无限真气:订阅期间或终身会员可无限消耗真气进行 AI 对话等功能
• 个性化:订阅用户可自定义外观、字体等界面设置
• 自动续订:订阅会在当前订阅期结束前24小时内自动续订,除非您提前关闭自动续订
• 订阅管理:您可以在iPhone的设置 > Apple ID > 订阅中管理订阅和关闭自动续订

2.6 内容性质说明

所有功能和内容均为娱乐与生活哲学参考,基于 AI 模型生成,旨在提供趣味化的命理思考辅助。本应用不提供任何医疗、法律、财务、兽医或专业预测服务。

2.7 使用范围与限制

本应用功能仅限于:

• 个人娱乐与生活哲学思考
• 探索命理学在日常生活语境下的趣味参考
• 记录和管理个人或宠物案例信息
• 非商业、非专业用途的个人使用

严禁将内容用于:

• 替代医疗、法律、财务或其他专业咨询
• 作为重大人生决策的唯一依据
• 商业用途或二次传播
• 任何可能危害自身或他人权益的行为

3. 订阅服务条款

3.1 订阅政策

订阅将通过您的Apple ID账户收费。订阅会在当前订阅期结束前24小时内自动续订,除非您在此之前关闭自动续订。您可以在iPhone的设置 > Apple ID > 订阅中管理订阅和关闭自动续订。

3.2 免费试用

部分订阅计划可能提供免费试用期。免费试用期结束后,如未取消,将自动转为付费订阅。您可以在试用期内随时取消,不会产生费用。

3.3 退款政策

所有订阅费用、终身会员及消耗型内购通过Apple App Store处理。如需退款,请按照Apple的退款政策联系Apple客服。我们无法直接处理退款请求。消耗型项目(如补签卡)一经使用即视为消耗,通常不可退款。

3.4 服务变更

我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止订阅服务的权利。如有重大变更,我们将提前通知用户。

3.5 消耗型内购

补签卡等消耗型项目通过Apple App Store购买,购买后存入您的账户,使用即消耗。补签卡使用后可以且仅可补签昨日缺失的签到,不可转让、不可兑换为现金或其他权益。

4. 账号与安全

本应用使用您的Apple ID进行订阅管理和iCloud同步功能。您有责任维护您Apple ID的安全,并对通过您的Apple ID进行的所有活动负责。

5. 用户许可

5.1 许可授予

在您遵守本协议的前提下,我们授予您有限的、非排他性的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可,允许您在您拥有或控制的Apple品牌iOS设备上下载、安装和使用本应用,仅用于您的个人学习娱乐目的。本许可仅适用于Apple设备,您不得在非Apple设备上安装或使用本应用。

5.2 许可限制

您同意不会:

• 复制、修改、改编、翻译、创建衍生作品、销售、出租、租赁、借出、传播或以其他方式转让本应用;
• 反编译、反向工程、反汇编或以其他方式尝试获取本应用的源代码;
• 删除、更改或掩盖本应用中包含的任何版权、商标或其他专有权声明;
• 规避、禁用或干扰本应用的安全相关功能或订阅验证机制;
• 使用本应用从事任何违法或不当活动;
• 将应用内容用于商业医疗服务或收费咨询;
• 违反Apple App Store使用条款中的任何条款。

5.3 Apple条款适用

您对本应用的使用还受到以下Apple条款的约束:Apple App Store使用条款、Apple最终用户许可协议(EULA)、相关的Apple服务条款。如本协议与上述Apple条款存在冲突,以Apple条款为准。

6. 内容与知识产权

6.1 应用内容

本应用中的所有内容,包括但不限于文本、图形、用户界面、视觉界面、AI算法和计算机代码(统称为"内容"),均为我们或我们的许可方所有,受版权、商标、专利和其他知识产权法律保护。应用中的所有内容(包括Logo、品牌、图像等)属于公司所有,不得用于商业用途。

6.2 用户生成内容

您通过使用本应用创建或存储的信息(如案例信息、对话记录、札记等)属于您的"用户生成内容"。您保留对您创建内容的所有权利。您仅授予我们在您的设备上或您的iCloud账户中存储和处理这些内容以实现应用功能的许可。我们绝不会在未经您明确同意的情况下,访问或将您的内容用于其他任何目的。

6.3 知识产权侵权处理

如果第三方声称本应用或您对本应用的使用侵犯了其知识产权,Apple不负责调查、辩护、和解或解决此类知识产权侵权声明。您同意遵守本协议的条款,并且您对本应用的使用不会违反任何第三方权利。

7. 第三方服务

本应用使用以下第三方服务,这些服务的使用均受其各自服务条款约束：

• Apple iCloud (CloudKit)： 用于数据同步（可选功能）。iCloud 同步功能完全可选,开关由您自主控制,数据存储在您的个人 iCloud 账户中,我们无法访问。
• Apple App Store： 用于订阅管理和应用分发。
• 官方 AI 服务商（如 DeepSeek、OpenAI、Claude、Google Gemini、阿里通义千问、小米 MiMo 等）： 仅在您启用 AI 对话功能时使用。应用强制直连所选服务商的官方 API 端点。传输内容为您主动提交的文字及案例中相关字段,具体处理规则以各服务商政策为准。聊天记录仅保存在您的本地设备或个人 iCloud 中。
• 腾讯云（语音识别）： 仅在您使用语音输入功能时调用,通过「一句话识别」接口将语音实时转录为文字。

我们不对上述第三方服务的可用性、准确性或可靠性承担责任。您使用第三方服务时,应遵守其相应的服务条款和隐私政策。

7.1 麦克风权限说明

本应用提供可选的语音输入功能，仅在您主动使用时申请麦克风权限。语音通过腾讯云「一句话识别」接口实时转录为文字。我们不对语音录音进行存储,不用于用户追踪或行为画像。您可随时在设备"设置"中关闭麦克风权限。

8. 数据收集与隐私保护

我们极其重视您的隐私。本应用的设计严格遵循"隐私设计"原则。我们不收集您的任何个人身份信息。有关数据处理的详细信息,请参阅我们的隐私政策,该政策构成本协议的一部分。

9. 免责声明

9.1 Apple免责声明

Apple及其子公司不是本协议的当事方,对本应用及其内容不承担任何责任或义务。Apple不提供任何关于本应用的保证,无论是明示还是暗示的保证。如果本应用未能符合任何适用的保证,您可以通知Apple,Apple将退还您为本应用支付的购买价格(如适用);在法律允许的最大范围内,Apple不承担任何其他保证义务。

9.4 命理学内容声明

本应用以反宿命论为立场,将命理学限定在生活哲学与娱乐参考范畴。应用内容不代表对命运的确定性判断,也不能替代系统的专业学习或咨询。我们鼓励用户理性看待相关内容,结合现实情况独立判断。

9.5 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内,无论在任何情况下,我们均不对因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害承担责任,即使我们已被告知此类损害的可能性。特别地,我们不对因用户误用应用内容导致的任何损失承担责任。

10. 用户行为规范

使用本应用时,您同意遵守所有适用的法律法规、Apple App Store使用规则,并以尊重他人和社会的方式使用本应用。您承诺:

• 不将应用内容用于商业专业咨询
• 不在未咨询专业人士的情况下依据应用内容作出医疗、法律、财务等重大决策
• 理性看待命理学内容,结合现实情况独立判断
• 不得通过自动化脚本、爬虫程序或任何批量技术手段大量抓取或复制应用内 AI 生成内容,以免损害服务稳定性及其他用户的正常使用体验
• 不得尝试绕过、破解或干扰应用的端点锁定机制或 API 安全校验逻辑

11. 终止

如您违反本协议的任何条款,我们保留在不另行通知的情况下终止您使用本应用的权利。终止后,您可能无法继续使用本应用,但已支付的订阅费用和终身会员购买按照Apple的退款政策处理。本协议中关于知识产权、免责声明、责任限制和争议解决的条款将继续有效。

12. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。与本协议相关的任何争议应首先通过友好协商解决。如协商不成,任何一方均可将争议提交至有管辖权的人民法院解决。

13. 其他条款

13.1 完整协议

本协议及引用的隐私政策构成您与我们之间关于本应用使用的完整协议。

13.2 条款可分割性

如本协议的任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行,其余条款仍将保持完全效力。

13.3 协议语言

本协议以中文版本为准。如中英文版本存在差异,以中文版本为准。

Apple App Store Special Statement: This application is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of this application is subject to both this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Use. Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and has the right to enforce the relevant terms of this Agreement directly against you.

Important Statement

QiPaws is an entertainment application integrating metaphysics, traditional culture, and AI technology, supporting both human and pet cases. The App takes an anti-fatalism stance and limits metaphysics to life philosophy and entertainment reference. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional prediction services. All AI-generated content is for entertainment and personal reflection only.

Welcome to QiPaws (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This Terms of Use ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the App developer JianyiFlow (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") regarding your use of the App. Please read all terms of this Agreement carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to accept all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Agreement Scope and Acceptance

This Agreement applies to your access and use of the QiPaws app, including all features, content, and services within the App. This Agreement is non-transferable under any circumstances and is limited to personal learning and entertainment use only. This Agreement may be updated at any time, and the updated Agreement will be displayed in the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

When the Agreement is updated, we will notify you through the following methods: 1) In-app pop-up notifications; 2) App launch page prompts; 3) Official website announcements. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

2. App Features and Service Content

2.1 Core Features

• Case Management: Create, edit, and manage case information and journal notes
• Metaphysics Tools: Charting and related metaphysical calculations
• AI Conversation: AI interpretation based on cases and metaphysical framework
• Appearance Customization: Custom UI appearance and fonts

2.2 Content Features

• Anti-Fatalism: Metaphysical interpretation limited to life philosophy
• Animals Supported: One toolset supports humans and animals
• AI-Generated: Reference content based on case data and metaphysical framework; not professional advice

2.3 Purchase Options

Subscription Plans:

• Weekly Subscription: ¥18/week, unlimited access to all features, unlimited Qi
• Monthly Subscription: ¥36/month, unlimited access to all features, unlimited Qi
• Annual Subscription: ¥298/year, unlimited access to all features, unlimited Qi

Monthly Subscription Price Note: Users who had an active monthly subscription with uninterrupted auto-renewal before this price change will continue to be charged ¥30/month. If you cancel or interrupt your subscription and resubscribe later, the new price of ¥36/month applies.

Lifetime Membership:

• Lifetime Membership: ¥698, one-time purchase, permanent unlimited access to all features, unlimited Qi

Consumable Items:

• Makeup Check-in Card: A one-time consumable item that, once used, can and may only make up for yesterday's missed check-in

2.4 Daily Qi Gift

• Daily Check-in: All users can obtain free Qi through daily check-in
• Streak Bonus: The longer your consecutive check-in streak, the more Qi you receive each day
• Makeup Check-in Card: If you missed yesterday's check-in, you may purchase and use a Makeup Check-in Card; each card may only be used to make up for yesterday, not earlier dates, and cannot be used for any other purpose
• Qi Limit: The maximum accumulation limit for gifted Qi is 20 points
• Usage Condition: Requires an available iCloud account; no minimum iCloud storage space required

2.5 Subscription and Membership Benefits

• Unlimited Usage: All subscription plans and lifetime membership provide unlimited access to all app features
• Unlimited Qi: During subscription period or with lifetime membership, unlimited Qi for AI conversation and related features
• Personalization: Subscribers can customize appearance, fonts, and other UI settings
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period unless you turn off auto-renewal beforehand
• Subscription Management: You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

2.6 Content Nature Statement

All features and content are for entertainment and life-philosophy reference, generated by AI models for fun metaphysical reflection. This App does not provide any medical, legal, financial, veterinary, or professional prediction services.

2.7 Usage Scope and Restrictions

The App's features are limited to:

• Personal entertainment and life-philosophy reflection
• Exploring metaphysics as entertainment reference in daily life
• Recording and managing personal or pet case information
• Non-commercial, non-professional personal use

It is strictly prohibited to use the content for:

• Replacing medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice
• Using as the sole basis for major life decisions
• Commercial purposes or secondary distribution
• Any behavior that may harm your or others' interests

3. Subscription Service Terms

3.1 Subscription Policy

Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions will automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period unless you turn off auto-renewal before then. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3.2 Free Trial

Some subscription plans may offer a free trial period. After the free trial period ends, if not canceled, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring charges.

3.3 Refund Policy

All subscription fees, lifetime membership, and consumable in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refunds, please contact Apple customer service according to Apple's refund policy. We cannot directly process refund requests. Consumable items (such as Makeup Check-in Cards) are considered used once consumed and are generally non-refundable.

3.4 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate subscription services at any time. If there are significant changes, we will notify users in advance.

3.5 Consumable In-App Purchases

Consumable items such as Makeup Check-in Cards are purchased through the Apple App Store, credited to your account upon purchase, and consumed upon use. A Makeup Check-in Card can and may only make up for yesterday's missed check-in. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

4. Account and Security

This App uses your Apple ID for subscription management and iCloud sync functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activities conducted through your Apple ID.

5. User License

5.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal learning and entertainment purposes. This license applies only to Apple devices; you may not install or use the App on non-Apple devices.

5.2 License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, sell, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App;
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the App;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the App;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features or subscription verification mechanisms of the App;
• Use the App to engage in any illegal or improper activities;
• Use App content for commercial medical services or paid consultations;
• Violate any terms of the Apple App Store Terms of Use.

5.3 Apple Terms Applicable

Your use of the App is also subject to the following Apple terms: Apple App Store Terms of Use, Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), and related Apple Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the above Apple terms, the Apple terms shall prevail.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 App Content

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface, visual interface, AI algorithms, and computer code (collectively "Content"), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. All content in the App (including logos, brands, images, etc.) belongs to the company and may not be used for commercial purposes.

6.2 User-Generated Content

Information you create or store through using the App (such as case information, conversation records, journal notes, etc.) is your "User-Generated Content." You retain all rights to the content you create. You only grant us a license to store and process this content on your device or in your iCloud account to implement App functionality. We will never access or use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

6.3 Intellectual Property Infringement Handling

If a third party claims that the App or your use of the App infringes their intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or resolving such intellectual property infringement claims. You agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement, and your use of the App will not violate any third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each subject to their respective terms of service:

• Apple iCloud (CloudKit): Used for optional data synchronization. iCloud sync is entirely optional and controlled by you; data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is inaccessible to us.
• Apple App Store: Used for subscription management and app distribution.
• Official AI Service Providers (e.g. DeepSeek, OpenAI, Claude, Google Gemini, Alibaba Qwen, Xiaomi MiMo): Used when you enable AI conversation. The App enforces direct connections to each provider's official API endpoint. Transmitted content includes text you actively submit and related case fields; processing rules are governed by each provider's policies. Conversation history is stored only on your local device or in your personal iCloud.
• Tencent Cloud (Speech Recognition): Used only when you use voice input, via the "One Sentence Recognition" API to transcribe speech to text in real time.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the above third-party services. When using third-party services, you should comply with their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7.1 Microphone Permission

The App offers an optional voice input feature and will only request microphone permission when you actively use it. Voice is transcribed in real time via Tencent Cloud's "One Sentence Recognition" API. We do not store voice recordings and do not use voice data for user tracking or behavioral profiling. You may revoke microphone permission at any time in your device Settings.

8. Data Collection and Privacy Protection

We highly value your privacy. The design of this App strictly follows the principle of "Privacy by Design." We do not collect any personally identifiable information from you. For detailed information about data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 Apple Disclaimer

Apple and its subsidiaries are not parties to this Agreement and have no responsibility or obligation for the App and its content. Apple does not provide any warranties regarding the App, whether express or implied. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price you paid for the App (if applicable); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations.

Apple is not responsible for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the App or your use of the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services for the App. For technical support, please contact the developer JianyiFlow, not Apple.

9.2 Service Provided "As Is"

The App and all its features and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or expectations, nor do we guarantee that the App's operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9.3 Entertainment Reference and AI Interpretation Disclaimer

The AI interpretation results and content provided by this App are purely for entertainment and life-philosophy reference, generated by AI models for fun metaphysical reflection. All interpretation content is for personal entertainment and reference only, and does not constitute any form of medical, legal, financial, veterinary, investment, or professional prediction advice. You should not use the App's content as the basis for any major decisions. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on the use of the App's content and their consequences.

9.4 Metaphysics Content Statement

This App takes an anti-fatalism stance and limits metaphysics to life philosophy and entertainment reference. App content does not represent definitive judgments about fate and cannot replace systematic professional learning or consultation. We encourage users to view related content rationally and make independent judgments based on real-world circumstances.

9.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, we are not responsible for any losses caused by users' misuse of App content.

10. User Conduct Standards

When using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, Apple App Store usage rules, and use the App in a manner that respects others and society. You promise to:

• Use the App only for personal learning, entertainment, and life-philosophy reference
• Not use App content for commercial professional consulting
• Not make medical, legal, financial, or other major decisions based on App content without consulting professionals

• Not use automated scripts, crawlers, or any bulk technical means to scrape or reproduce AI-generated content from the App, so as not to harm service stability or the experience of other users
• Not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App's endpoint-locking mechanism or API security verification logic

11. Termination

If you violate any terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the App without further notice. After termination, you may not be able to continue using the App, but paid subscription fees and lifetime membership purchases will be processed according to Apple's refund policy. The terms of this Agreement regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will continue to be effective.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes related to this Agreement should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a people's court with jurisdiction for resolution.

13. Other Terms

13.1 Complete Agreement

This Agreement and the referenced Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.

13.2 Severability of Terms

If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Agreement Language

This Agreement is based on the Chinese version. If there are differences between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
